Where we ship

Nourish Your Life currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not currently supported.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated from the total order weight. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 7–14 days. Actual timing may vary by destination, carrier conditions, and fulfillment status.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information provided with the order. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Address changes and cancellations

Email info@nourish-yourlife.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We cannot guarantee an address change or cancellation after fulfillment has begun.

Lost or damaged orders

Contact info@nourish-yourlife.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For visible damage, include clear photographs of the package and product when possible. Do not discard the packaging until customer service responds.
